Hotel buyers ask two questions: load rating and repeatability. We test to a stated static load, keep the fittings identical between batches, and hold a colour reference on file — so the replacement you order in two years still matches the first delivery.

Lead time: 35–50 days after deposit
Packing: Flat-packed with hardware bag
Finish options: Oiled / stained to a RAL or Pantone reference
Private label: Colour reference held on file, logo on the underside
